Cookies ‘N Creme Brownies
These easy, fudgy Cookies ‘N Creme Brownies are studded with Cookies ‘N Creme Drops for the perfect amount of smooth white chocolate and cookie crunch.
I feel like I should update you guys on my life. Truth is, nothing too exciting has really been going on. I used to always have something to tell you. Now? Not so much. It’s been part of the reason I haven’t been posting as much. No one wants to hear about a boring life…but boring and uneventful has been my reality recently.
School work has increased by the ten-fold. Uh, HELLO TEACHERS: school should get tremendously easier for second semester seniors! Not harder. So, I’ve been doing homework, applying for a gazillion and a half scholarships, and nervously awaiting college acceptances which should be starting to arrive soon. Crossing my fingers! You should cross your fingers for me too! And…if you’re an admissions officer…let me in? Please?! :)
Alright, enough begging and complaining for the day. I promise I’ll let you guys know as soon as something exciting happens! Let’s talk brownies. Brownies filled with those new little Hershey’s Cookies ‘N Creme Drops. They melt just like chocolate into the brownies (which are super easy, fudgy, and delicious) and the little chocolate cookie pieces inside the drops add a tiny bit of crunch to the brownies, making them even more delectable. You could leave the Drops out if you just wanted a simple, delicious and terribly easy brownie, but the drops definitely add that certain something. They totally won’t disappoint. Get your butt to the grocery store and pick them up! Sorry – I said no more begging. So, please, do yourself a favor, and go to the grocery store to get them, and make these. I’m asking nicely. Thank you. I promise, you’ll thank me right back.

- Yield: 16 brownies 1x
- Category: brownies
- Cuisine: dessert
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 8 oz. bag Hershey’s Cookies ‘N Creme Drops (you could also chop a 4oz. Cookie ‘N Creme bar)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
- Chop up the Drops or bar into chocolate chip-sized pieces. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, baking powder, and candy pieces. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook these, or you’ll lose the fudgy texture. Cook until the sides of the brownies just begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool, cut, and enjoy!
These are fantastic. Such a beautiful display.
Best of luck on the college acceptance and scholarships. Every little bit helps, so I wish you the best.
It just so happens I AM an admissions officer – and a little cookies ‘n creme sent my way wouldn’t hurt your chances! (That’s a joke, Rachel – I KID. About the c ‘n c part, anyway… not about the admissions officer part : )
Ohhhh my! These sound and look silly delicious!

These look amazing! Good luck with the college applications! I understand how frustrating/stressful that entire process can be.
How much baking powder needs to be used??
Just made these tonight, too! Excellent and fudgy!
I have to use a 11 x 7 inch pan what do you recommend?
The brownies will just be thinner, so you’ll just need to bake them for less time. I would start checking them for doneness around 18 minutes instead of 25. Be careful not to overbake! No one wants a dry brownie.
this is SO good! im eating it right now.. I wishh i could send a picture! TOOOO GOOOD
Made these for dessert tonight with the in laws. I used dark cocoa powder… OH.EM.GEEEEE. Everyone raved about them. I can’t believe how easy brownies are to make from scratch. Thanks for the terrific recipe! And now I won’t be buying boxes of mix anymore.
I must say this is delicious. from the images, I can feel the taste.
