These Strawberry Banana Muffins are the perfect on-the-go snack or breakfast! Greek yogurt and bananas keep these muffins super moist, and strawberries make them fruity and super flavorful.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
Whisk together flours, oats, brown sugar, white sugar, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, mashed bananas, and yogurt. Add to the dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened. Fold in chopped strawberries. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
Bake for about 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
