  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the cashew butter and maple syrup. Stir in the almond flour, cacao powder, red beet powder, salt, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips.
    ½ cup (128g) cashew butter, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 cup (72g) blanched almond flour, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 2 tablespoons red beet powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher sea salt, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅓ cup chocolate chips
  • Roll the dough into 12 balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
