Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • ½ cup dairy-free yogurt I like a thick plain coconut yogurt like Culina
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk see Notes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients for the dressing in a blender container, except the dill. Blend until smooth and pourable (add more milk if needed to get to the right consistency), and then add in the fresh dill. Pulse to incorporate slightly, but not blend in completely.
1 medium ripe avocado, ½ cup dairy-free yogurt, ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 garlic clove, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 2 tablespoons fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • Use immediately or place in the fridge until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of dairy-free milk you add to change the texture. Use less to keep it thick as a dip, or add more to thin it out for drizzling or tossing with salads.
