White Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1 can 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. white chocolate melted
  • 20 Oreos chopped


  1. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in large bowl. In another large bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk and melted white chocolate. Stir chopped Oreo cookies into the sweetened condensed milk mixture. Fold in whipped cream.
  2. Pour into a 2-quart container and cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Store in freezer.
