In a saucepan, combine the maple syrup, coconut sugar, molasses, and water. Heat over low-medium heat until boiling.

Add all of the spices and bring to a boil. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.

Pour into a bottle to store in the refrigerator and enjoy!!
