Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz. sweetened condensed milk)
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup malted milk powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate covered pretzels
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 16 chocolate covered pretzels (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8 pan well. Set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate chips, 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons butter in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 2-3 minutes, stirring every thirty seconds and being very careful not to burn. Stir in the malted milk powder. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  3. Sprinkle the half cup chocolate covered pretzels over the fudge, pressing in slightly. Let set for about 30 minutes.
  4. Place semi-sweet chocolate chips, other half of the can of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons butter in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 2-3 minutes, stirring every thirty seconds and being very careful not to burn. Stir well until smooth. Smooth on top of the white fudge in an even layer.
  5. Dollop the peanut butter over the top of the fudge and swirl into the fudge using a knife.
  6. Press the 16 chocolate covered pretzels into the top of the fudge so that each piece will be topped with a pretzel. Let set for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
