Sooo, last weekend, I finished my first Whole30! And to be honest, it wasn’t nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be – I learned a lot about my food habits, and also managed to change a lot of them for the better.

I feel a little bit spoiled because since I work from home, meal prepping wasn’t as necessary for me as it is for so many people. The scent is called Blueberry Pancakes, but it always reminds me a freshly baked blueberry muffin.

If you’ve made blueberry muffins at home, you know the scent. The one that hits your nose right when you open the oven door to pull them out, or when you tear into one when it’s still warm.
