Hi friends! I feel like I’ve been such a slacker lately with getting new posts up, due to a combination of circumstances. I’ve been doing a Whole30, I had a big project I was working on that took up a lot of my time (and stress), and I had an incident last week where I knocked my head on the corner of my nightstand, got a big old bump and bruise, and I’m pretty sure I concussed myself.

Happy Hump Day!!! This week has felt extra long already, and it’s only Tuesday when I’m writing this…major brain fog. Maybe it’s the gloomy clouds that have been surrounding my apartment for the past four days – at least the rain has finally stopped, though.

So this past weekend, I drove up to Anaheim for the Natural Products Expo. It was my first time going, but I had heart lots about it – how it’s huge, overwhelming, and packed with every natural food, beauty, and health company.

Before we get to breakfast, I need to tell you guys a little story about what happened the other day. I’ve spoken a lot of my wonderful dog, Bear. He’s a giant, fluffy, loveable pup. He’s been my best buddy for just about half my life.
