Sooo…I feel pretty bad for everyone who has been stuck in a pile of snow this week, with their power out, and blizzards swirling all around, and temperatures that are way too cold for me.

I could do happy dances in the sunshine about how excited I am for Spring, and soon enough, summer! Not that we’ve had much of a brutal winter here in San Diego, but it has been abnormally rainy.

Hey! I’m doing another recipe update of a recipe that was posted a while back, but deserves some new photos and some new love – I did keep the post written below the same though, for nostalgia’s sake 😊. These Paleo Banana Blueberry Muffins definitely fit the bill to get a makeover – they’re a favorite of a whole bunch of readers, and they’re so darn delicious.

I photographed them as mini muffins when they were originally posted in March 2015, but I made them full size this time around. More muffin to love! They freeze perfectly, and you can just heat one in the microwave for a super quick and delicious breakfast treat. Hope you love these! [Read more…]

I feel like I’ve rekindled my love for baking, post-Whole30. Not that it even left, but after not being able to make many of the recipes I dreamed up during my baking-free month, it feels so good to get back into the kitchen to create a whole bunch of new dessert goodness.
